The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.
SASSA are going to be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In an announcement, the agency mentioned it's alarmed regarding the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area regularly. The services position established for intervention experiences a higher influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it complicated with the Workplace to attend to all people who visit a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more sources to allow sassa status the servicing of all consumers and enhance use of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
